Does my client need to make an account?
No. They open the email, read the scope and price, and tap Approve or Decline. No login, no app, no ChangeOK account on their end, ever.
Is this a legally binding e-signature, like DocuSign?
No, and it’s not trying to be. ChangeOK is a timestamped approval record for scope and price — a receipt, not a legal signature. If you need AES/QES-compliant signing for contracts or HR paperwork, that’s DocuSign’s job, not ours.
What if the client never responds?
The link stays live for 30 days. If it lapses, nothing is approved and nothing is charged — the page says so plainly so neither of you is left guessing.
Can I send a $0 change — just a scope note?
Yes. The price field can be $0 for a no-cost scope change you still want on record.
What if I have a problem or a question?

Do you take a cut of the change order amount?
